What are my shipping & delivery options?

Free Shipping

Digital/downloadable products are not subject to any shipping cost.

Standard Shipping Fees

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. We offer standard shipping on our physical products at the following rates:
Standard Delivery Method
Delivery time: 5-10 business days (please note that delivery time does not include processing time)
0-1 kg – $15
2-5 kg – $30

Expedited Shipping

Generally, we do not offer expedited shipping on our orders. However, should you need to get your order faster for any reason, please contact us at in**@le********************.com and we will follow up with you on expedited shipping options.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
